BTS has a fleet of well trained technical and support staff numbering about more than 50 in its human resource pool. The technical personnel are skilled enough to run sophisticated machineries like advance state of the art incinerators and shredders.
To keep its personnel abreast of latest developments in the technical and theoretical aspect of waste management the firm has been organizing training and updation program and workshops at regular intervals.
For a last couple of years BTS has made it a point to register its presence at the ISHWM (Indian Society of Hospital Waste Management) Conference to have a tab on the evolving issues and technologies.
The firm plies at least half a dozen of specially designed vehicles everyday to transport waste from generation source to disposal and treatment point. It has also adopted Bar- Coding to ensure no spillage in the waste transportation process.
Since its inception in the year 2013, BTS has, at different times, operated in most of the districts of Western and Southern Odisha, from Local Community Health Centers to District Headquarters Hospitals and Medical College and Hospitals, thereby acquiring vast experience in waste management and treatment. And a mechanized laundry service is being provided more than five years of experience running at VIMSAR, Burla.
The firm has been operating the BMW plant of Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR), Burla from the year 2013 uninterruptedly.
Besides VIMSAR, BTS is presently carrying out BMWM operation in Bhim Bhoi Medical College and Hospital, Balangir and in the Government Hospitals of Sambalpur, Bargarh, Deogarh and Subarnapur districts. Previously, this firm had taken up BMWM responsibilities of all the Govt. Hospitals in the districts of Kandhamal, Nawarangpur and Angul.
Furthermore, BTS as fulfillment of its part in social responsibility has been arranging blood donation camps for last three years during the conduct of training workshops.
